Cash Desk - Features Overview

 

CashDesk

The CASHDESK App is used to manage the floor by attendant staff and therefore should display, in a simple and easy to understand interface, what is required to effectively manage that floor. Our standard View comes with some key areas:

  • Active Jackpots and Hits

  • Machine Status inc credits,

  • Real Time Machine connectivity

  • Real time events on the floor

We have also developed a simple Floor Map view which shows each machine on the floor as a box with colour coding system and credits, so staff can quickly identify issues, etc on the floor. This is similar to the MCM CASSA view. This was specifically developed to reduce any disruption, minimise training needs and reduce transition issues moving from MCM to PROSPERO.

 

FLOAT MANAGEMENT

We offer an option for Float management within the CASHDESK. This allows small venues who haven’t used a form of CASHLESS gaming to manage their cash float with ease.

CASHDESK float management manages the payments of customers for wins and allows for the balancing of the Cash Float daily or at the end of shifts.

 

TICKET MANAGEMENT

A key function within CASHDESK is checking and authorising Tickets. Mostly used in venues that use Ticket in Ticket out (TITO) or Cash in Ticket Out (CITO) where no Cash Redemption Terminals (CRTs) are available.

By using a simple barcode scanner staff can check and authorise ticket payments easily and quickly. This process also flags, used, invalid and expired tickets with ease.

This simple option is secure and effective.
